The apartment is located in the heart of Monte Carlo, the area built from the second half of the nineteenth century alongside the historic center of the Principality of Monaco. The construction was completed in the early decades of the twentieth century and overlooks Boulevard Princesse Charlotte with two facades characterized by the stylistic features of a "quiet and elegant" art noveau.

The integral restoration project wanted by the new owner has set itself the goal of reinterpreting the historical style of the building in a contemporary key to transpose it into the new distribution: the intent was to transform an apartment that originally had no atmosphere into a home. elegant and precious, like the styles of the early 20th century.

The new internal layout has placed the “living area” to the south, on the brighter fronts, creating a vast living-dining room and a more intimate cooking area. On the opposite side, the "sleeping area" consists of the bedroom, the bathroom and the toilets integrated into a single "master" space with the two walk-in closets. This area is completed by the two bedrooms reserved for guests.

The owners, collectors of contemporary and oriental works of art, have contributed to the enrichment of the rooms with the insertion of Tibetan doors, Chinese dividers and precious jades - the latter have been inserted with an unprecedented solution in the door handles.
